Engineers a 'decidualization-empowered' extracellular matrix hydrogel incorporating sustained Tβ4 release for treating intrauterine adhesions (IUA)—a major cause of female infertility. Combines decidualized endometrial ECM with Tβ4 to synergistically reverse the pathological fibrotic switch in uterine healing. In rat IUA models, the hydrogel significantly improved endometrial thickness, glandular density, and fertility outcomes. Demonstrates that Tβ4's anti-fibrotic properties can be harnessed in a biomaterial scaffold for uterine regeneration.
