Molecular docking and dynamics simulations evaluating LL-37 and Tachystatin A2 as inhibitors of peri-implant pathogen adhesion proteins FimA and BspA. Both peptides showed strong and stable binding over 100-nanosecond simulations, suggesting potential for functionalizing dental implant surfaces to reduce bacterial colonization.
