Develops an injectable multifunctional hydrogel platform (Exo@Tβ4/HAMA) combining thymosin β4-modified hyaluronic acid with BMSC exosomes for cranial bone defect repair. Tβ4 provided angiogenic and stem cell recruitment signals; exosomes provided osteogenic factors; HAMA hydrogel provided sustained local release. In rat cranial defect models, the combination outperformed individual components in angiogenesis, neurogenesis, stem cell homing, and bone regeneration. Demonstrates TB4's contribution to a multi-component regenerative medicine scaffold.
