Engineers PCL-based bioactive electrospun scaffolds with programmable sequential release of aprotinin (anti-inflammatory) and thymosin β4 (regenerative) for tissue engineering. The scaffold's core releases TB4 for sustained tissue repair signaling while the shell controls inflammatory modulation. In vitro and in vivo studies confirmed the programmed release kinetics improved both early-phase inflammation control and late-phase ECM remodeling. Demonstrates controlled dual-peptide delivery as an advanced wound/tissue scaffold design.
