Tests antiviral properties of Selank's structural fragments to identify the minimal active sequence. Different length fragments were tested against viral infection models. Identifies which portions of the Selank molecule are responsible for its antiviral immune-stimulating activity, helping define the pharmacophore for antiviral drug design.
