Examines Selank's antiulcer properties in three experimental gastric ulcer models in rats. Both Selank and its metabolites formed in vivo reduced the area of experimentally induced ulcers. Demonstrates gastroprotective effects extending beyond the central nervous system—consistent with Selank's known effects on gastric blood flow and lymphatic function.
