A rare case is reported of a woman with acromegaly who had both a growth hormone-secreting pituitary adenoma and a meningioma coexisting in the same brain region. Testing confirmed the meningioma did not produce GHRH, and surgical removal normalized growth hormone levels, indicating the adenoma alone was responsible for the hormone excess.
