This study describes a semi-preparative reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method applicable to peptide purification work, including growth hormone-releasing factor analogs like sermorelin. The methodology provides a practical approach for obtaining purified peptide preparations at a scale suitable for biological testing.
