Case report of recurrent bilateral brachial plexus neuritis (Parsonage-Turner syndrome) following rapid weight loss with semaglutide in a patient without prior neuropathy history. The temporal association and recurrent bilateral presentation with semaglutide-associated rapid weight loss suggests metabolic or nutritional stress as a triggering mechanism. Adds a novel semaglutide-associated peripheral neuropathy to the pharmacovigilance literature—raising clinical awareness that rapid semaglutide-induced weight loss may trigger brachial plexopathy in susceptible individuals through metabolic stress mechanisms.
