Case report describing two non-diabetic patients who developed acute foot drop (common peroneal neuropathy at the fibular head) after rapid GLP-1 RA/tirzepatide-associated weight loss, representing 'Slimmer's Palsy'—a peripheral neuropathy from adipose tissue reduction exposing the nerve to compression. Reviews the mechanism and nerve surgery implications. Establishes GLP-1 RA/tirzepatide-associated Slimmer's Palsy as a clinical entity requiring peripheral nerve surgeon awareness—providing diagnostic and management guidance for this underrecognized complication of rapid pharmacological weight loss affecting patients presenting with acute foot drop.
