Tests whether semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide reduce the interoceptive effects of alcohol (the subjective motivating sensations) in male and female rats. All three agents attenuated alcohol's interoceptive cues, suggesting GLP-1-based drugs may help reduce alcohol use disorder by dampening rewarding alcohol signals.
