This case report describes a patient with a weakened immune system who carried a symptom-free COVID-19 infection for at least 67 days and never produced antibodies against the virus. The patient was treated with thymosin alpha 1 and antiviral therapy, and the case highlights the challenges of managing viral infections in people with compromised immune systems.
