Researchers tested the effects of two forms of synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) on immune cell activity. They found that low doses of the shorter GHRH fragment (1-29, known as sermorelin) boosted immune cell proliferation, while high doses suppressed it, suggesting GHRH plays a role in modulating the human immune system.
